 If you unfortunately want to return items, we have outlined our returns policy below for mail order items based on statutory distance

 selling rules. These terms do not apply for in store sales, you will need to return to the store.

 You have 14 days to return unused & unworn items from the date they are dispatched to you, postage not refunded.

 We accept the return of items only if they are in their original condition and returned with packaging and labels and are in a re-saleable condition.

 If you return goods to us in perfect condition within 14 days of the goods being dispatched to you, we will be happy to offer you an exchange, account credit or refund.

 

Distance Selling Regulations

 Mxracetime.co.uk conform to the Distance Selling Regulations, which are designed to protect you when buying items by Mail Order. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

 Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products.
